1. Who we are

BikeFit/LAB is operated by Geraads IT (BikeFit/LAB), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42131533, VAT ID BTW NL004072842B19. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to every use of fitlab.bike ("the Service").

2. The Service

BikeFit/LAB provides software-based bicycle position analysis. You record a short video of yourself pedalling; artificial-intelligence pose estimation running in your own browser measures joint angles, and — upon redeeming a credit — the Service generates a written coaching report with position recommendations, delivered on screen, as a PDF and by email.

The Service provides general fitness and equipment-adjustment information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a professional bike fit. See our Medical & Accuracy Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent payment.

4. Credits, prices and payment

• Reports are paid for with credits: 1 credit = 1 generated report. Current bundles and prices are shown on the website; all prices include Dutch VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V. We never receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Credits are personal, non-transferable and do not expire. Credits have no cash value except as described under Withdrawal & refunds.
• Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we will offer cancellation with a full refund in that case.

5. Withdrawal & refunds (EU consumers)

Credits are digital content/services. By completing a purchase you (a) request immediate delivery of the credits and (b) acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for each credit once it is redeemed for a report, because the report is delivered instantly and in full.

Unused credits remain refundable: within 14 days of purchase you may withdraw for the unused portion of a bundle and receive a pro-rata refund via the original payment method. Request this at [email protected]; we refund within 14 days of your request.

6. Acceptable use

• Only upload or record footage of yourself, or of persons who have given you permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the credit system or security of the Service.
• Reports are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, illustrations and report templates are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your measurements and generated reports are yours to use; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and email them to you.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify or discontinue features; if we permanently discontinue the Service we will refund unused credits.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law (including intent or gross negligence). Subject to that:

• You implement any position change at your own risk and are responsible for making changes gradually and checking your equipment (seat post insertion limits, torque values, etc.).
• We are not liable for injury, equipment damage, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the recommendations.
• Our total liability per event is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

10. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key point: your video is analysed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to us.

11. Complaints, governing law & disputes

Questions or complaints: [email protected] — we respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands; consumers may also use the court of their place of residence. EU consumers can additionally use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
